ZY Vacuum Transformer Oil Reclaiming Machine
Advantages:
Its infrared level control, automatic temperature regulation and interlocking protector enable a man-machine separation. The design is of new technology, light weight, compacted, flexible, easy to move and can be used at any environments, being very effective and easy to operate with less power consumption.
1. Automatic back flushing system.
2. The advanced low temperature separated oil and water technology from Japan can purify the molecular water in oil.
3. The Japanese macromolecule magnetic filter element can purify the impurities efficiently .Impurities in purified oil is 5 μm. And the cleanliness is about NAS6.
4. The heating system is made from aero materials. It guarantees the balanced heating.
5. The combination of coalescing separation and vacuum duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating water. Liquid water content will 5 PPM, and breakdown voltage will reach 65KV after purified.
6. We can design explosion preventive machines with your request. The degree of explosive prevention can achieve dIIBT4, even dIICT4.
